Companies turn to Nexus System Resources to integrate processes, technologies, and people to achieve operational excellence. With increasing competition, demanding customer expectations, and changing market trends, Nexus needed a robust system that allows for visibility of the sales pipeline, real-time status of current opportunities, and collaboration between the sales, marketing, and presales teams. It also needed a system that would encourage salespeople to access and update information on current sales activities and produce the sales reports that management requires.
Nexus deployed the SAP® Hybris® Cloud for Sales solution, which provides the necessary tool for sales visibility and allows the sales force to be optimized and automated. SAP Hybris Cloud for Sales also has a user-friendly interface and mobile access, allowing for easy adoption by the sales team. Management has gained a broad perspective, from leads and opportunities to proposals and closure. To complement SAP Hybris Cloud for Sales, the SAP Jam™ social software platform was also deployed to allow for the collaboration of documents, discussions, and sales strategies.
